Hebrews 4:16 says "Let us come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in a time of need."

It is God's desire for you to enter His presence without any hesitancy or reservation. God doesn't want you afraid of Him but rather his desire is for you to know you have right to enter His presence and appear before His throne. This is why the Scripture says to come boldly. The perfect picture to help you understand this is when a child is crying or in great need the first thing they do is run to mommy or daddy. The child doesn't hesitate to interrupt their parent. They don't understand protocol or excuse me just yet. All they know is I want my mommy and my daddy. In the same way God wants you to know Him in that same way.

You don't have to suffer alone or deal with things apart from God. There is grace and mercy waiting for you in the presence of God. In fact He says come boldly to get some of that amazing grace and mercy. What is grace? Grace stands for God's riches at Christ expense. In other words, God is rich in whatever you are lacking. Today if you need favor God has plenty of it. If you need an opportunity or open doors to be created, God has plenty of that too. All you need to do is go get it in God.

Humble yourself, move past your old mind set and enter into the presence of God by calling on Jesus and declaring His goodness in your life. Remind yourself how much God loves you and the fact His mercies are new every morning. What will it be today for you? Are you going to be scared to approach God because of what you did or how you feel or are you going to believe God loves you enough no matter what that you can run to Him anytime and say "Daddy I need some of your love and grace in my life today."
